So today I decided to show you a yummy healthy food plan with simple DIY Happy meals and snacks for a happy food start to the New Year.  The road to Happiness can be fun. If you love Chinese food or Mexican Food you can eat Healthy too.

I’m just another lazy teen to eat healthy food ~ happiness, ok? ! Realistically, I’m still going to spend fridays nights on Tumblr with a whole pizza, but life is about balance right?

These meal concepts are yummy, easy, and quick to make! Oh and they are def not enough food for an entire day so make sure to eat some more goodies along with these ideas. Fly by to  a Chinese veggie dish , easy on the sauce though, or Mexican beans and rice go light on dairy- could be a great tortilla soup.
